Welcome to the Peep Show, operated by The Urban Bird, LLC (referred to herein as "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our video birdhouse and services. By purchasing a Peep Show, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully before proceeding. These Terms apply to all users of the Peep Show website, including without limitation, users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants and or contributors of content.
Any new Peep Show birdhouses sold through thepeepshow.com online store shall also be subject to the Terms. You can review the most current version of the Terms through our website at this location. We reserve the right to update, change or replace any part of these Terms by posting updates and/or changes to our website. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes.
SECTION 1 – Online Store Terms
You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction to purchase products from our website. You agree not to misuse our Peep Show birdhouses for any unlawful purpose.
SECTION 2 – General Conditions
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at any time. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of our website contents without permission and appropriate attribution.
SECTION 3 – "Birdhouse Bliss Guarantee"
If your Peep Show experiences any defects or malfunctions within 12 months of your purchase date, contact us and we will replace the defective part. Our goal is to ensure that your bird watching experience is enjoyable, so we ask for you to allow us to make things right for you. See SECTION 11 for security camera warranty claims. We cover the birdhouses. They do cameras, and that’s a good thing!
SECTION 4 – Handmade Nature of Peep Show birdhouses
Each Peep Show is hand-made, with its housing intricately 3D printed, natural wood, and assembled by hand. This artisanal approach ensures that every birdhouse is a one-of-a-kind.
Due to the bespoke nature of our product, inventory levels may fluctuate. We strive to keep an adequate supply on hand, but please understand that there may be times when certain designs are temporarily unavailable. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work diligently to replenish our stock.
SECTION 5 – Limited Availability after February 16, 2024
Following our appearance on Shark Tank, demand for The Peep Show is unknowable. As a result, inventory may become suddenly limited, leading to extended wait times for new orders. To manage this influx of interest, please be prepared to wait. We will keep you informed of an estimated delivery timeframe. We commit to keeping you informed at each step of the way. At any time you wish to cancel your order, you are free to do so. No questions asked.
Unforeseen delays: If we do encounter production delays that delay your estimated delivery dates by more than 30 days, we are required by law to seek your permission to extend your wait time. If we cannot get ahold of you via email or the phone number you provided to consent to extending your wait time, you order will cancel. We would hate for this to happen so if your contact information does change, please let us know by updating your online account or sending us a note a hello@thePeepShow.com and include your full name and order number.
SECTION 6 – Assembly and Fulfillment
While we strive to fulfill orders as accurately and promptly as possible, please bear with us as we handcraft each Peep Show with love and attention to detail. Our team is dedicated to delivering exceptional quality, but perfection takes time. We appreciate your patience and understanding during this process.
SECTION 7 – Accuracy, Completeness and Timeliness of information
We strive to provide accurate information but do not guarantee its completeness or timeliness. Historical information may not be current, and we reserve the right to modify our site's contents.
SECTION 8 – Modifications to Prices or Products
Prices are subject to change without notice. We may modify or discontinue Peep Show models at any time without liability to you or to any third party for any modification, price change, of suspension of available products
SECTION 9 – Products or Services
Products exclusive to our website are subject to our Return Policy. While we aim for accurate product representation, we cannot guarantee precise color depiction on all monitors.
SECTION 10 – Accuracy of Billing and Account Information
We reserve the right to refuse orders and may limit quantities. You agree to provide accurate account information and promptly update it as needed.
SECTION 11 – Security Camera Warranties
The aftermarket security cameras used in the Peep Show such as Blink™ or eufy® are covered by their own warranty policies separate from that of the Peep Show. Any issues or claims related to these security cameras should be directed to the respective manufacturers’ warranty terms and conditions.
SECTION 12 – Affiliate Links Disclosure
The Peep Show may participate in affiliate marketing programs, which means we may earn commissions from qualifying purchases made through links on our website. These affiliate links are provided for your convenience and to support our business operations.
The presence of affiliate links doesn’t impact the integrity of our product recommendations or reviews. We only promote products or services that we genuinely believe will benefit our bird-loving customers, regardless of any potential affiliate commissions.
By purchasing a Peep Show you have knowledge and agree to our affiliate marketing practices outlined in this section. We are not responsible for third-party content, products, or services. Any transactions on external sites are at your own discretion and good sense.
