Test Flight Return Policy

We have a 60-day Test Flight return policy at The Peep Show® which means you have 60 days after receiving your birdhouse to return it for any reason. 

To initiate a return, can contact us at hello@thepeepshow.com   instructions on how and where to send your return will be sent. You are responsible for return shipping costs.  

Damages and issues 

We have a 12 month repair or replacement for The Peep Show Birdhouse. 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 

Cameras are separate and covered by manufacture's warranty. 

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received your return, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. It can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at hello@thepeepshow.com.
